JJ’s Morning Green Smoothie

I try to maintain a healthy diet and that starts by getting a nutrient-packed breakfast first thing in the morning! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and smoothies are the perfect solution.

I have been incorporating smoothies into my daily routine for over 10 years. By starting the day with a Green Smoothie, a protein smoothie post-workout, and a healthy chocolate peanut butter smoothie to curb my sweet tooth in the evenings.
