Happy Summer Solstice! ☀️👙🌴😎 Besides working on my base tan, buying cute florals, and booking summer getaways, I’ve been preparing myself for the heatwave better known as S U M M E R!
First stop, switching up my diet to some light summer salads like this Mediterranean Salad and this Chicken Salad. Next, find some refreshing sips for my tastebuds!
While there are plenty of summer cocktails (I’m looking at you Negroni, Frosé, Moscow Mule, and Margarita) for pool parties, boat days, and backyard barbecues; this is the year for self-care. Which means I want to stay hyyydrated this summer!
I did the research (you’re welcome) and came up with the BEST (non-alcoholic) summer sips for 2019!
S. Pellegrino’s Tangerine & Wild Strawberry
Tangerine and Wild Strawberry; two flavors that, in my mind, don’t go together: Who knew?
S. Pellegrino did 👏🏻
Combined they create such a subtle refreshing fruity flavor that fizzles in your mouth.
S. Pellegrino exudes fancy AF in my book. Their branding is so fresh and so clean, clean. These sleek cans have a matte finish print that provide an air of pinky raising. This is perfect for a hot summer day on your yacht…or the pool in your backyard ๐ Now you can order it straight to your doorstep here.
Trader Joe’s Sparkling Watermelon Juice
Move over Pineapples, watermelon coming through! 🍉
Honestly, if there was a “fruit of the year” (is there?) then it would be watermelon! The past few years have been all about the pineapple but our tastebuds are looking for something new. Here it is!
First of all, anything from Trader Joe’s is pretty top notch in my book. This sparkling watermelon juice has A LOT more flavor than many other sparking waters I’ve tried (and trust me, I’ve tried a lot).
I. Am. A. Sucker. For branding! But the product lives up to the hype. This light green tall slim can is just what you need in your beach tote this summer.
Health-Ade Bubbly Rosé Kombucha
Now, I’ll first preface this with YOU MUST LIKE KOMBUCHA to be on-board here. Kombucha is really an acquired taste. While some are more of a light almost sparkling water type, I’m more of a mature, fizzy vinegar-like type of girl.
Somehow this Kombucha is light but still has the vinegar kick that I crave. Again, a sucker for branding over here, so the anchor and light pink-blue hues wrapped around this medicine-like bottle really drew me in.
Slap the word “Rosé” on just about anything and I’m trying it. So here we are.
Worth. It. 🙌
Safeway usually has these full stocked or you can order from InstaCart here!
Bai Bubbles
Stock your cooler full of ice and get these babies chilled! I’m advocating for staying hydrated this summer so you didn’t hear it from me but this Sparkling Antioxidant Infusion of Waikiki Coconut Lime would probably be good with rum or vodka, just saying. ๐
If you’re looking for something refreshing af, then this is your jam. It’s light, flavorful, and good for you. Yes, you heard that right, good for you!
**honorable mention: Bai Bubbles Lambari Watermelon Lime. Lucky for you, the Waikiki Coconut Lime, Lambari Watermelon Lime, and Bogota Blackberry Lime are sold in a case together!
La Croix Grapefruit
I saved La Croix for last and certainly not because it’s any less than the others above. In all honesty, La Croix is my first true love. The one who introduced me to a world of sparkles. Sparkling water that is.
While there are plenty of hot new La Croix flavors, Grapefruit is my day one. It’s the BEST! I try a new flavor and it’s nice and all but I aways come back to this.
Honestly, I felt like Goldilocks trying sparkling water. Some lacked in flavor while others over-powered and left zero bubbly fizz flavor. La Croix is the perfect medium. Just enough flavor. Just enough fizz. Absolute perfection.
